LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Once an order has been picked up from our warehouse and scanned by Fedex or USPS and a tracking number has been issued to you, Interior Delights does not have control over the shipping process and does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages . If you believe your order has been lost, contact FedEx or USPS and provide your tracking information to file a claim. If you believe your order has been stolen, you should file a police report with your local police department . Most orders show up, so we suggest waiting a few days and checking with neighbors first .
Interior Delights holds the right to cancel any order at any time between the time of purchase and time of shipping. A full refund will be made if an order is placed but cannot be fulfilled. Some items that are stated available may suddenly become unavailable due to the manufacturer's stock.
