Interior Delights Rewards
Earn points every time you shop online with us, and turn them into store credit. Interior Delights Rewards is free to join.
How it works
- Join, free. You're signed up automatically with your next online order that earns points (gift cards and store credit don't count), or join right away with the button above: sign in with your email (no password needed; we'll email you a code) and your Rewards page opens. Every member gets the same perks; there's one membership level, Member.
- Earn. Get 1 point for every $1 you spend online, plus 10 bonus points when you join. Points start with online orders placed from Thu, Oct 15, 2026 (midnight Mountain time).
- Redeem. Turn 300 points into $5 or 1,250 points into $25 of store credit, right from the Rewards page in your account. The $25 reward is our best value. To use it, sign in to your account at checkout (or check out with Shop Pay) and tick Redeem Rewards. Rewards are for your next purchase and can't be applied to past purchases.

How points are counted
Points are counted on what you pay for an online order, after discounts and including tax and shipping. Gift cards don't earn points, whether you buy one or pay with one. The part of an order paid with store credit doesn't earn points either. Points are for whole dollars, rounded down (a $49.99 order earns 49 points), and they appear after your order is paid, usually within about an hour. If an order is refunded, the points from the refunded amount are taken back, even if you've already redeemed them (your balance can then dip below zero until you earn more).
Good to know
- Points and rewards are for your next purchase. They can't be applied to past purchases, including the order that earned them.
- For now, points are earned only on online orders (our website, the Shop app and our social shops), not in-store. The store credit you get for them can be used only at interiordelights.net, not in-store. In-store purchases have their own rewards program at the moment.
- Your Rewards page always shows your latest balance and your recent points activity.
- Store credit can't be exchanged for cash.
- We may change or pause the program from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page.
