You may return any unused and undamaged product within 14 days of purchasing.  You may return it for a full refund or a store credit (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).

EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE:

* ITEMS PURCHASED AT 25% OFF OR GREATER DISCOUNT MAY NOT BE RETURNED.  THIS INCLUDES ALL PURCHASES MADE OVER BLACK FRIDAY-CYBER MONDAY WEEKEND AND ANY ITEMS MARKED DOWN  20% OFF OR MORE.

 * HOLIDAY SPECIFIC ITEMS PURCHASED AFTER 12/01 MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT. 

If your order is damaged or you have a missing item we are sorry.

1.  Take photos of your damaged item.  If box is damaged, please take photo of box.

2.  Email photos to orders@interiordelights.net and our customer service will respond within 24 business hours with next steps.

3.  DO NOT CALL. PHOTOS MUST BE SENT AND THIS PROCESS MUST TAKE PLACE EXCLUSIVE THROUGH EMAIL.

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME ARE ON THE RETURN LABEL. NO PAPERWORK NEEDED .
