14-Day Return Policy

We offer 14-day returns on eligible items, starting from the date of delivery.

Please note : Final sale items, shipping fees and return insurance are non-refundable 

We kindly ask that you package your return in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely back to us. Returns will be processed once your item(s) have been received and inspected. 

$4.98 Return Label (Optional)

We offer an (optional) Return Label for $4.98 when you choose CHECKOUT + FREE RETURNS If purchased, this includes a prepaid return label in case you decide to return your item(s).

This can only be used on eligible items, this cannot be used for items that are marked FINAL SALE 

Please note : If you choose to checkout with STANDARD CHECKOUT you will be be responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return.

The following items are FINAL SALE  and not eligible for return or refund :

If there are any issues with your order, we will always make it right. At this time, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Thank you so much for your understanding!
