Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been picked up from our warehouse and scanned by Fedex or USPS and a tracking number has been issued to you, Interior Delights does not have control over the shipping process and does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages .  If you believe your order has been lost, contact FedEx or USPS and provide your tracking information to file a claim. If you believe your order has been stolen, you should file a police report with your local police department . Most orders show up, so we suggest waiting a few days and checking with neighbors first .
