Can I get a price adjustment?
We strive to offer the best value possible. At this time, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Back in Stock Notifications
How do I get notified when an item is back in stock?
If an item is sold out, simply enter your email address or phone number on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again. Once the item is restocked, you’ll receive an alert. If it sells out again, you’ll need to sign up for notifications again.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they have been placed
We kindly encourage customers to review all order details and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, our team is always happy to help!
In limited cases where a cancellation request can be accommodated a non-refundable processing/restocking fee will apply.

Shipping Information
How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days (holidays can affect this time)

Custom items ship within 2–6 weeks
How will I know my order has shipped?
When your order ships, we will send tracking details via email so you can follow the progress all the way to your door!
- Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way with email notifications.
How can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please CONTACT US immediately with the correct information. We will do our best to intercept your order before it ships; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

If your order has already shipped before the address could be updated, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information to request your order gets redirected to the preferred address.

If your package is returned to sender, a refund will be issued once the order is received and processed by our warehouse.
What if my tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive my package?
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 1–3 days before they actually arrive.
If you have checked around your property and with neighbors and still haven’t received your package after three days, please file a claim directly with the carrier. They will be able to provide updated information on the whereabouts of your package. In some cases, once a claim has been filed and reviewed, the carrier may issue a credit for the cost of your order.

To initiate a return, please click HERE and follow the steps in our return portal. You will be able to purchase a return shipping label during this process. Once completed, your label and detailed return instructions will be sent directly to your email.
Please note : Final sale items, shipping fees or orders returned outside our 14 day policy are non-refundable
IMPORTANT : We kindly ask that you return your item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Once received and inspected, we will process your return accordingly. If an item is not properly packaged for safe return, or if it is returned used, damaged, or in unsellable condition, a refund will not be issued.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team prior to returning an item if you have any concerns.
