Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we are sorry!  The only way to report a damaged item is to email customer service with photos of the damaged item.  Once we review your email, we will either issue a return label to ship the item back or we will issue a full or partial refund. If the item is still in stock we can also send a replacement.


*LAMP RETURNS: Our lamps are well packaged and sent directly from our manufacturer.  Should you need to return, please note the following:

1. In order to receive a refund on returned lamps, they must still have the cellophane on the shade and be packaged in original packaging with no missing parts or damages. 

2. Damages on lamps must be claimed 7 days from delivery and photos must be sent to customer service  within that time frame.

DO NOT CALL as all damage claims must be submitted via email with photos.  We will not respond to voicemails pertaining to returns as this process must be filed exclusively through email. 

We review emails and  damage claims Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.  Please give us 48 hours to respond.
