    Love these deer but I bought the complete set of 3 and the large one’s head was broken off. I got in touch with customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. No hassle whatsoever. Unfortunately the second one also came with a severed head. Instead of complaining, I let my daughter do her magic and fix it for me. I think the packaging needs to be assessed and improved. But I do love the deer.

    One came broken.

    The smallest deer came broken. I've tried contacting Interior Delights (4) times to see if I could get it replaced. So far, I haven't gotten a response! Otherwise, the two larger one are great! Would love to have the complete set.

    Beautiful but broken

    I purchased the large set of 3 Black Iron Deer. The 2 smaller deer were removed the the package and look great. The large deer was broken. I have sent an email to company about replacement but haven't heard back. 5 stars if the company would of responded to the email and gave me recommendation of how to move forward with replacing or returning.
