14-Day Return Policy

We offer 14-day returns on eligible items, starting from the date of delivery.

Please note : Final sale items, shipping fees and $4.98 return label are non-refundable 

  • We kindly ask that you return your item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Once received and inspected, we will process your return accordingly. Please note that items marked as final sale or returned outside of our return policy will NOT be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team prior to returning an item if you have any concerns.

$4.98 Return Label (Optional)

We offer an (optional) Return Label for $4.98 when you choose CHECKOUT + FREE RETURNS If purchased, this includes a prepaid return label in case you decide to return your item(s).

This can only be used on eligible items, this cannot be used for items that are marked FINAL SALE 

Please note : If you choose to checkout with STANDARD CHECKOUT you will be responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return. 

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE  and not eligible for return or refund : 

  • Clearance items 

  • Furniture

  • Rugs

  • Custom art

  • Chandeliers

  • Purchases made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday 

Order Issues & Claims

If there are any issues with your order, we will always make it right. Whether your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect,  you have 14 days from delivery to reach out with an inquiry. Click HERE to start a claim or contact us directly. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed, as orders are often processed quickly. We will always do our best to process this request! Please contact us for more information. 

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled once they have been charged 

Price Adjustments 

At this time, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Thank you so much for your understanding!

  • All sales are final during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions. We do not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.

  • $16.99 Flat rate shipping orders $100-$149.99

Pre-Order Information

    Payment Policy : We do not charge your payment method when you place a pre-order. Your card will be charged when your item is ready to ship.

    • Placing multiple pre-order items : please note that payment processing occurs when the first pre-order item in the order becomes available and is approved for fulfillment.

    If an order contains several pre-order products and one item becomes available before the others, the system will charge the customer’s card for the entire order at that time, including any items that are still awaiting inventory. ADDITIONAL PRE ORDER ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WHEN THEY ARRIVE. 

     

    • Once a pre-order has been charged, it cannot be canceled
    • Estimated Ship Date will be displayed in your cart  
    • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship separately.
