You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund, replacement or store credit on eligible items.

CHECKOUT + FREE RETURNS If you select Checkout + Free Returns when checking out Free Returns + Package Protection will be added to your order for just $4.98. You’ll enjoy completely free return shipping in case you decide to send something back.

STANDARD CHECKOUT If you choose Standard Checkout without package protection, you can still return your items within 14 days. In this case, a return label will be provided, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Final Sale Policy

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. This includes Ensembles, Clearance Items, Furniture, and other products clearly labeled as FINAL SALE in the product listing.

Please know that we will always make it right! If your item arrives damaged or defective you can start a claim by logging into your account using your email to Start a Claim . Our team will review your claim right away and arrange the best solution—whether that’s a return, replacement, or refund.

Restocking Fees

Certain custom items are subject to a 25% restocking fee in the event of a return and applies to Ceiling Lights, Lamps, Rugs and Custom Framed Artwork priced over $200.
