You may return any unused and undamaged product within 14 days of purchasing using the portal link above.  

EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE:

  • ITEMS MARKED "ALL SALES FINAL"

  • CLEARANCE ITEMS:  MARKED DOWN 40% OR LOWER

Lighting, rugs and large wall art may have a 25% restocking fee on returns .  The fee will be specified in the product description.  Once your item is returned and inspected, a refund minus 25% will be returned on your card.

If you purchased the re:do package protection at checkout on our website, a free return label will be sent to you through the returns portal.

You must initiate your return within 14 days.  If you did not choose the package protection but are within the 14 day returns window, you can still make a return using our lower cost negotiated shipping rates which will be deducted from your return.  

 

DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS


1.  Take photos of your damaged item.  If box is damaged, please take photo of box.
2.  Email photos to orders@interiordelights.net and our customer service will respond within 24 business hours with next steps.
3.  Damage claims or missing item claims must take place through email so that we can ensure that your claim is quickly taken care of.
