This riser is so perfect. I love the distressed aspect — it keeps it looking like a piece you’ve had for a long time — like old books! And the height and size are just perfect for styling vignettes. I currently have my sequin hat gnome on mine but plan to put a vase with draping greenery in it once the holidays are over. I highly recommend this essential piece!

I love this little riser! I just got it and can already think of so many uses for it. I bought it to place a Christmas gnome on it so the gnome's legs could dangle down. But I already started thinking: "Oh, I could place xyz plant on it, and a candle on it, etc etc". Look closely at the pictures. The riser is very "chippy." I like the look but some people may not...overall I highly, highly recommend this piece for its elegant look and many uses!
