I recently purchased several items from this company. This was one of them. The wood portion of the tray was damaged. Customer service replaced it. The replacement is also damaged. They want me to keep it for a 30% discount and claim it is "rustic", so each one is unique. While I can see that in some cases, wood that is split off the tray is not acceptable and I will not pay $80 for something like this. Even if it were not damaged, I don't see it being worth $80.
Final update…finally got my replacement. It’s an excellent item and very well made. The item got lost in shipping and customer service could have been world’s better. Unfortunately, I’ll be slightly hesitant to order something next time.
UPDATE: after submitting review I got a call they are replacing it so hopefully I can edit the review once I get the item. This should’ve happened a few days ago. I knew the item was lost 3 days ago.
After multiple emails to this company and nothing done, I have no other choice but to alert their customers. This shipment was lost by FedEx and I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do and I just need to wait. So I’ve paid for this item and I’m expected to hunt it down. FedEx will not do a claim from the receiver and have told me they cannot locate the item. I’ve asked for a replacement or a refund and told by Interior Delights that they will not do that. So just know if you purchase an item and never get it, you are SOL & they will not do anything about it. Im beyond frustrated in their customer service - I dealt with Emma.
Love this tray. It is beautiful and just perfect for my kitchen.
This was my first purchase from Interior Delights and it won’t be my last! I love the farmhouse look and can’t wait to put it in my new kitchen!
