If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. Please return your items with any original packaging or tags. Please carefully package fragile items so that they don't arrive to us damaged. Once we receive your unused and undamaged items, we will issue a refund on the method of payment used to place the order.
LAMP RETURNS: Our lamps are well packaged and sent directly from our manufacturer. Should you need to return, please note the following:
1. In order to receive a refund on returned lamps, they must still have the cellophane on the shade and be packaged in original packaging with no missing parts or damages.
2. Damages on Lamps must be claimed 7 days from delivery and photos must be sent to customer service within that time frame.
DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE*.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS OR PACKING SIPS. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES OR PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
Please take your package to FEDEX, USPS or UPS or another carrier of your choice. Make sure that your name is on the return label so that we can match it with your order when it arrives to our warehouse.
