Our return policy is simple.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, ship it back to us and we'll issue a full refund. We don't refund shipping or pay for your products to be shipped back to us.
If your item arrives damaged, we take responsibility. Email us with photos of the damage and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. To return a damaged item we will issue a return label to you via email & you will need to take it to a Fedex or USPS drop off location.
