Our return policy is simple.
ALL SALES FINAL ON HOLIDAY AND SALE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS.
For everyday, non holiday or sale items: If you are unhappy with your purchase, ship it back to us and we'll issue a full refund. We don't refund shipping or pay for your products to be shipped back to us. ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
If your item arrives damaged, we take responsibility. Email us with photos of the damage and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. To return a damaged item we will issue a return label to you via email & you will need to take it to a Fedex or USPS drop off location.
