LAMP RETURNS: Our lamps are well packaged and sent directly from our manufacturer.  Should you need to return, please note the following:

1. In order to receive a refund on returned lamps, they must still have the cellophane on the shade and be packaged in original packaging with no missing parts or damages. 

2. Damages must be claimed within 7 days of delivery and photos must be sent to customer service  within that time frame.
